Growing up in the demographic I did , I didn't eat well and although I did do sports I was always a little heavy for my peer group this caused depression and low confidence for me . After joining the army and realizing with the right plan an help I could take control of my body and overcome my weight issue I fell n love with fitness and nutrition .I got out the army after 6 year to have my children and took a break from fitness to be a mom. However after having children and having to lose my baby weight and reshape my body and mind ,I fell in love with training and helping others all over again I train in order to help others believe they can, get motivated , and feel good about one self and to help live a balanced healthy life style.
